On Thursday, Vassar and 1,600 other institutions, will participate in the nationwide event, "Focus the Nation: Global Warming Solutions For America ."

Three lectures will be held in Rocky 200 throughout the day:

12:00-1:00
Panel Discussion on climate change solutions for local communities.

1:15-2:15
Information session on climate change research, misconceptions and challenges.

2:30 - 3:30
Panel discussion regarding science and technology's abilities and limits in addressing global climate change.

Then, at 6:30 in the Villard Room come to "A Road Map or Hudson Valley Climate Action."
