worst campus publication. ever.
No it isn't!!! Although most of the articles aren't very interesting, and they seem to discuss the same topics every week ( i.e. campus dining, gender neutral housing) it's very informative and keeps me in the loop about whats going on around campus
the misc is awesome, are you kidding me? do you have any idea how much better it is than papers at other colleges?
2:42, the Misc is probably writing about campus dining and gender neutral housing because those are the major news stories of the semester thus far. Since new stuff keeps happening with those issues week-to-week, the newspaper continues to update us about them. Also, that's just on the first page of the News section. There's still like 15 other pages with "fresher" stories. This is a small campus, there's only so much they can write about.
i agree with 3:23. the misc is awesome!!! I READ IT EVERY WEEK.

why are you posting what's on the cover of the misc? maybe the alcohol story was news, but it's not like i can't see the cover. besides, who really cares about the equestrian team. that is not news; this is not news.

9:39 - whatever the misc prints is the most important news on campus. even if it's not a single event, but a trend or dynamic, they are the official source of what matters at vassar. so mads certainly should remind everyone of what theyre saying.
plus i like horses.
