According to the VSA site, voting's been delayed to 11:00 p.m. due to "complications with determining eligibility and class/house constituency for each student."

from what i understand, reslife gave the board of elections a confusing document that didn't fully take into account everyone's house change and such...so the BoE is just fixing everything to make sure that people are able to vote in the houses that they will be living in next year.

that's good, then. last year i had to vote for officers in a house that i was leaving, which was kind of weird
