So the dates for the VSA Election have been pushed back. Maybe not a huge deal. But, according to Sam Charner's email last night, "no room draw preference will be possible for anyone this year." That might be a bigger deal.
Thoughts?

there was a thing about that on the misc website. why did reslife push the dates back to begin with?
i think this is just another sign that reslife is basically screwed for next year... and 3:38, i think they pushed back the dates so that davison people can vote in the elections knowing what house they'll be living in next year.
officers shouldn't have room draw priority in the first place. they are a part of VSA even though they work with residential spaces. no other VSA positions grant room priority.
also, in the past many under qualified, unmotivated people ran (and won) with no intention of contributing to the house team, but only to move up a few places in the room draw.

i agree with 5:21. hopefully only qualified people will run
also there were constitutional changes for this election that need 4 weeks to enact.
