According to today's New York Times, Aramark is the main food supplier of the 2008 Olympics. In fact, the at-times controversial company that feeds that Vassar campus has been the food supplier of the Olympics since 1968.An excerpt from the article:
"In order to satisfy a diverse and demanding set of palates for the 28,000 athletes, coaches and staff at the village, the chefs at Aramark have designed a menu that features 800 recipes from all around the world that accommodate all sorts of dietary needs."
