Mads Exclusive...While Aramark may be busy in Beijing, Vassar Campus Dining has been getting ready for the updated ACDC to open next week.
Mads has obtained this email from a rep. for Campus Dining:
"The first phase of the renovation of ACDC is almost complete. The open marketplace atmosphere will allow us to prepare and serve some of the freshest and finest food in the region; freshly sautéed vegetables, an extraordinary salad bar, a bakery, and a station devoted to the foods of the Mediterranean, to name just a few of the new additions."
Update 8/18: A campus dining representative clarifies to Mads that ACDC opens for all students on Wednesday, August 27th.

i wish they could specify about foods for vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free diets/allergies. If you could find out Mads, that would be awesome.
If anyone's on campus they should send a review of the new ACDC to Mads when it opens!
i hope we are all of us allowed to touch everything. i just want to let myself loose in there, get wild, and start touching the new things and all the stuff.
They best keep the pizza station.
pulled pork and mashed red potatoes.
there will be a riot if these two items aren't part of one of the stations at the new ACDC
I wonder exactly how it'll be running when it opens next week, since the 21st is the first day of Res Life training...last year during training, dining wasn't like how it was during the rest of the year. It wasn't "normal" until after the freshmen arrived.

they do know how to make it sound irresistible!
can you get pictures?
Mads, while you're busy helping us all by finding out the aforementioned information, do you think you'd have time to have my babies?
do they still have the stir fry station??
if they got rid of the stir fry station, i will most likely starve to death.
