LGBTQ Center Going For Name Change

The LGBTQ center has decided that it is time for a "more inclusive" name. This name change is one in a series of changes the center has made this year, including moving its location to the College Center.

According to an email from the LGBTQ center staff:

"LGBTQ as an acronym is missing important identities within the queer community ... We are looking for a broad name, not an acronym, for the Center that will be inclusive of all queer-related identities."

The center is taking suggestions for new names. Email jusilverstein@vassar.edu with any ideas by Friday, April 3rd.
