According to the LA Times, Santogold announced the other week that she will be changing her name to Santigold (with an "I"). The name change came after an 80s "cult artist" named Santo Gold sued her.
Also, according to BBC News yesterday, MGMT, who almost opened for M.I.A. at Vassar last year, is suing French President Nicholas Sarkozy for using their song "Kids" during a campaign. Sarkozy's camp issued an apology, but the group says it isn't enough.
