If you're going to be rude to everyone, don't expect a tip. Especially when the initial purchase costs one dollar. Saying "You better put a dollar down" isn't going to help your cause.

Totally agree -- that guy can be such a jerk. Tipping $1 on every dollar beer is kind of ridiculous, but that's what it takes (or more) to get this guy to serve you.
